  So, so happy Hampton Chutney is in NYC!!! This has long been my go to spot in East Hampton. Insanely delicious dosa’s, juices, chai’s, cookies and so much more. Perfect for vegans and carnivores alike!!! My personal favorite is the classic masala dosa with curry chutney paired with a fresh watermelon juice to drink!!! Fantastic low key extremely nutritious spot on Astor Place just off Broadway. Way yummy.

  Portions are huge! I split a dosa with a friend and we both got plenty of food. The service was fast and it is a small restaurant but there was still plenty of available seating inside. Would definitely go again.

  Love this place, have followed them through several locations. So happy that they’ve reopened downtown. Dosas so good, fresh ingredients, chutneys are delicious. Orange ginger ice tea is great too.

  Pros: Aloo cooked well. Better than Ane Bar’s joke of a dosa. Clean bathrooms! Very nice employees that provide samples. Cons: Ane Bar stopped selling their dosa because it was so bad. That leaves this as the worst dosa I’ve had in the city. Dosa falls apart because there was too much potato. The peanut chutney had a bad aftertaste and coconut chutney was absolutely rancid.
