This restaurant is if you come to tip the workers add tip them self before customer knows when you asked what is the extra charge never explain to you but they have to blame the customer disrespect ways like one of them keep saying I know you guys always like that and the question is I’m my self but I don’t know what he means by saying you guys?
Although if you come to Hygiene the bathroom need has no toilet paper and it’s water on the floor although very sticky I don’t think it cost to be cleaned.

My hunt for good, home-style Pakistani food continues and this time it led me to Haandi in Curry Hill.
If you’re expecting a cute aesthetic and polished service, this isn’t it fam but that’s part of the charm and honestly, I loved it. Plenty of seating and even a downstairs area when it gets busy. The food is made fresh daily and displayed up front which I always take as a good sign. You order at the front and they bring it out to you.
We got the aloo gosht and chicken karahi with naan which was an easy 8.5/10. This tasted like home. Super authentic, warm, and comforting. The naan is made fresh, portions are generous and they’re definitely not stingy with the meat.
We left with very happy bellies.

Possibly the best South Asian meal I’ve had in NYC. It’s one of those older, no-frills spots and you can feel it the moment you walk in. A little worn, always busy, but that’s part of the charm. Places like this don’t try to impress you, they just deliver. My litmus test for South Asian food is simple: it should NOT be sweetened or diluted for the masses. It should stay true to its depth, spice, and balance and this place absolutely does. Every dish felt authentic and intentional.
If you’re vegetarian, the channay are exceptional// easily a standout. We also had the samosas, chicken tikka, biryani, and karahi and each one was genuinely excellent. No weak links. For dessert, we tried the gulab jamun and kheer// both perfect endings to the meal.
Everything was a solid 10/10, which says a lot because I rarely leave reviews. I was honestly surprised to see this place rated lower than it deserves because and felt compelled to say something.
