Flat Out Burger is a New York smash burger spot known for serving some of the best burgers in NYC. After building a loyal following at our Brooklyn location, we’re proud to open our second location in the Lower East Side. Our burgers are made with premium grass fed beef smashed on a hot griddle, topped with melted American cheese, onions, pickles and our signature Flat Out sauce on a lightly toasted brioche bun.
