With the being said, I believe the employees handled it very well. They were working great together , and still friendly to everyone though they were under alot of pressure. Abdul helped me with my order he was nice and friendly and our food was good!
- CECocoloso Queen EmpressSep 18, 20261.0Worse location... #1 fast food doesn't mean waiting for 30 mins an hr or 2 hrs .. which is how long people waited .. for us for 30 mins.. the attitude of the employees atrocious when I said to get my order done and am calling corporate and she laughed & said well we are busy i said I'm aware but management should've had enough employees on schedule knowing this would be a busy day and she then told her coworker who laughed.. they should be fired.. no business ethics at all she was short with brown hair and had thin gold necklaces.. and a man dressed all in black with glasses and dark black hair possible Hispanic.. regardless that is crappy customer service and the burgers look like they were thrown together and thrown around like this isn't smash burger it's five guys.. the burgers tasted not as good as five guys do .. there needs to be a big turnover in management and employees .. to add insult to injury, my order didn't have any lettuce on either burger bc we are allergic to lettuce and both burgers had cross contamination pieces of lettuce on them .. completely deplorable..
