Only got one patty when I ordered a hamburger that’s supposed to have 2 patties. Also the order took 25 minutes when the estimated time was 10 minutes.

Worst burger i’ve ever tried. So disappointing I couldn’t even have a second bite!! If you wanna serve food, work clean first, and make it at least edible! Terrible.

Place is pretty decent, but it fell a little short of what I expected. The burger and fries were decent, though not good enough to justify the price (five guys has always been pretty expensive for the past couple of years). Staff handled the order without issue, but the service felt routine rather than friendly or attentive. The atmosphere also left a lot to be desired. The biggest letdown was the coffee shake, which had a strange artificial taste and was far too sour. Overall, not a bad meal, but not one I’d rush back for.

The beef in the burger is genuinely made from 100% ground beef. I’d like to point out that when placing an order, the customer has to select all the toppings themselves. If you don’t do this, the burger will only contain the meat patty. We were inattentive because our previous experience at other burger places was usually the opposite — you remove the toppings you don’t want rather than add the ones you do want. Because of this, we skipped that screen, so unfortunately our burger ended up containing only the patty and nothing else. On the positive side, guests can enjoy unlimited peanuts, which is a nice touch. The place could put more emphasis on cleanliness. The tables are not cleaned very often, so guests may end up eating at a dirty

I usually only leave reviews when something goes wrong, but tonight I wanted to recognize the excellent customer service at Five Guys in Times Square. I had ordered a burger thinking it would be ready in about five minutes so I could get back to work quickly, but later found out the wait time was closer to ten minutes. Since I couldn’t be late, I had to leave without my order. When I called afterward to ask if there was any way to get a refund or remake, the staff who answered the phone were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Experiences like this really stand out in the service industry. Thank you for treating customers with kindness and professionalism.
