  Hervorzuheben ist definitiv der aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Service. Ebenso die Portionsgrößen sind super. Wahrscheinlich könnte man sich ausschließlich von einer kleinen Portion Pommes ernähren. Was mir an diesem Five Guys leider nicht so gut gefallen hat, war dass er sehr klein, beengt und auch etwas dreckig war. Das Essen war zwar reichlich aber leider auch alles etwas lapprig und wirkte so als hätte es ruhig noch 1-2 Minuten länger gebraucht bis es fertig ist. Da hätte ich für die Preise etwas mehr erwartet, da es leider auch keine Burger im Menü gibt, sondern auch Pommes und Getränk einzeln dazu gekauft werden müssen.

  Hamburguesas muy buenas y buena medida, Patatas buena y crujiente pedimos las medianas y vienen bastantes, la bebida tienen máquina dispensadora te pones las veces que quieres, con varios sabores extra para cada bebida y nos atendieron super bien tanto que les dimos más propina de lo habitual

  This was my first experience with Five Guys — and, most likely, my last. I visited the location on 48th Street between 5th and 6th Avenue in Manhattan. I ordered a burger, fries, and a Diet Coke. I waited 15 minutes for my order, and then I was told that it was supposedly ready. In my opinion, that is far too long to wait at a fast-food restaurant, especially considering the very high prices. My order came to $29.70-something — basically $30 including the tip. Because of the long wait, I asked to cancel my order. The employee told me that my order was already ready. I went to the pickup counter, but there I was told that the order was actually not ready yet. At that point, I asked again, this time more firmly, to cancel my order. They called a manager, whom I also had to wait for about another two minutes, even though he was literally in the room next door. In the end, we agreed that I would come back the next day because I did not have my physical bank card with me — I had paid using my phone. I was told that they would cancel the order and refund the money to my credit card. Now we’ll see how things develop tomorrow — whether I actually get my money back. I hope I do. Overall, I am very disappointed with this experience. The high prices could perhaps be justified by good food and good service, but when you have to wait 15 minutes, receive contradictory information from the employees, and ask several times to cancel your order, it leaves a very unpleasant impression. Unfortunately, this was my first and, most likely, my last visit to Five Guys.

  역시 파이브가이즈 맛있어요👍 즉석에서 만들어주는 🍔 버거 재료는 모두 신선하고 맛있음🥰 버거 체인중에서는 파이브가이즈가 젤 맛있어요♥️ 다른 매장에비해 장소가 좁긴한데 여긴 뉴욕이자나 ㅋㅋㅋ 이가격에 이런 퀄리티 버거 훌륭함😊 감튀도 맛있고 할라피뇨 넣어서 먹어봤는데 완전 매콤 하니 굿 초이스 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ😚

  Buen lugar para comer una rica hamburguesa. El servicio es muy ágil pero esta normalmente lleno por lo que la limpieza no es tan buena en lo general. Las hamburguesas son muy buenas... Pero hay mejores.
