- SWScott Wolf5 days ago1.0Ordered a burger without pickles and it came with pickles. Asked for a new burger and was met with blank stares. Asked repeatedly, provided receipt, continued to get blank stares. Finally asked for a refund which took significant effort. Update: Just to be more clear. The pickle was stuck to the side of the burger. It wasn’t accidentally placed on it, the prep area was just such a mess they stuck a pickle to the burger, and then wrapped it up. The entire staff looked at me like I was crazy for wanting a new burger. Only after asking repeatedly and being ignored did I ask for a refund. No member of staff apologized or made any proactive attempt to resolve the situation.

They finally made the fries portion a bit smaller, but I was still surprised that both together cost around $18. Everything was very clean and my order was prepared super quickly. Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost.

What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
