Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls. While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.

Is the Five Guys veggie sandwich a veggie patty?

Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost. Our standard veggie is a mix of peppers, onions and mushrooms with or without cheese.

What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes. Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience here. I waited more than 10 minutes for my milkshakes, after 10 minutes I asked where they were and be told by the staff that they had already run out of milkshakes. There was no apology or any attempt to make up for the situation. I then asked for a refund for the items I never received. The staff initially told me that they could not refund me and that it was “not possible,” but that they would contact the manager by imessage and ask them to process the refund. I was then told that even after the refund is processed, it could take up to 10 days for the money to reach me. I spent more than 20 minutes dealing with this, and the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the whole experience. This is simply not an acceptable level of customer service. Running out of an item can happen, but the way the situation was handled — no apology, no immediate solution, and rude treatment of a customer — was completely unacceptable. I definitely would not recommend this place.
