  They get the orders wrong very often, and they burn the food. One time I ordered a bagel through mobile order and went back to work and saw they gave me 2 small things of bacon and a random 2 pieces of bread with nothing in it. A lot of times they’ll forget you ordered something and you will wait until you notice the people who went after you get their stuff before you and they don’t notice until you remind them. There is one woman who works there who has given me the completely wrong food plenty of times, both when I have ordered through mobile and when I ordered at the register. It sucks because this location is the Dunkin closest to my job.

  I had an appointment near Grand Central this morning and stopped here for my daily breakfast order. I was extremely impressed with the operations here. Given the location, I imagine it’s a pretty high volume location. I counted 9 team members working. They were very efficiently preparing both food and drinks. It looked like one of the best run Dunkin locations I’ve seen in NYC. Great work!

  Nous avons fait un arrêt chez Dunkin' lors de notre séjour. Les donuts étaient bons et vraiment peu chers. Les boissons, en revanche, nous ont semblé un peu particulières. Globalement, les tarifs sont très attractifs. C’est une option intéressante si vous cherchez quelque chose de rapide et économique. L’accueil était plutôt froid et pas très agréable.

  I would like to suggest installing Dunkin’ self-order kiosks at the Dunkin’ location at 125 Park Ave, New York, NY. Self-order kiosks would help customers place orders more efficiently and avoid unnecessary interactions during busy hours. I am also writing to mention that a PM crew member at this location frequently asks how I receive reward coupons. I earn these rewards through the Dunkin’ app by spending my own money and accumulating points for coffee perks. I would appreciate if staff respect customers’ privacy regarding their rewards.
