  Always ask for and check the receipt. For over a year, I’ve been buying a small hot coffee with cream, bc so close to me and I have only 15 min brake. It was only yesterday that I discovered I had been paying $4.74 instead of $3.45. I alway pay with a $5 bill and leave the change. Although the service is disorganized and very slow—even when you’re the only person in the entire place—I just thought, "Well, this is Manhattan; everything is expensive here." But no—it turns out they simply weren't offering me a receipt. It was a convenient setup for them. Yesterday, the owner served me and explained that $4.74 is actually the price for an *iced* coffee. I told him that I had been charged $4.74 for all those months; he asked who had served me, and that was it. He didn't even apologize. Even I am a regular client. But its fine, never comback. Always ask for a receipt, and check exactly what you paid for. People have no conscience; they value neither your time nor the hard work you put into earning your money—and they couldn't care less about your kindness when you leave them a tip, either.

  Honestly, I though that I was in a reality show with hidden camera. The staff looked from other planet, everybody complaining and no even a reaction. The worst place ever, even for a simple coffee

  Sono entrato più per curiosità, anche perché volevo fare la colazione, e sono rimasto soddisfatto, se volete fare una colazione a pochi dollari questa catena è una soluzione.

  Uno dei tanti Dunkin'Donuts di New York. Non molto grande e varietà limitata ai gusti classici

  I am a bit slow so I did not notice at first but when I thought back the server/casher was purposely coughing on my foods. She did it twice on both of my donut. This was early in the morning after 7:00. Never going there again.
