- ASAbhishek Sharma4 days ago1.0Extremely disappointing experience. The quality control is poor, my order was burnt and items were missing. This has happened more than once, which suggests a consistent lack of attention and care. Staff handling orders seem careless, and there appears to be no proper checking before handing food out. Management really needs to step in and improve oversight, because the current standard is unacceptable.

I ask for almond milk and no whip cream because I’m lactose intolerant and they can’t even get that right. Seriously this is an issue, makes me want to go the other Dunkin’ Donuts on 34th for breakfast due to the incompetence.

Especially Taslima (who I believe is the manager) and another guy who's always running around working hard. My only complaint is that this location could be been a tad bigger because when it gets packed, the order and pick-up line can get mixed up sometimes. But 5 stars all around!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
