    Saw a Giant Cockroach 🪳 in this location, speeding through the seating area. And the multi grain bagel was bland. I hope there’s improvement in the near future.

    Refused to serve water that I offered to PAY FOR in 90 degree heat saying they don’t have any “good water” what are they using to brew their coffee? Must be their bad water that they can’t apparently serve customers, I’d avoid this location at all costs.

    90 degrees heat wave outside, I’m about to pass out and the employees would not SELL me a cup of ice water. I wanted to BUY one but they said they don’t have water. As if a coffee place doesn’t have water and ice. DESPICABLE. service and employee kindness get 0 stars.
