- VGVielka GOct 3, 20262.0I am a daily Dunkin' customer who visits various locations, but this one was the worst. I went on a Sunday afternoon—around 6:27 PM on September 18, 2026—and was initially served by a young man. The problem wasn't him, though; it was an older man. I had ordered three drinks and other items. I have a hand injury that makes it difficult for me to firmly grip three drinks at once, so I asked the man if he could please give me a plastic bag to carry my order. He replied that I would have to pay 40 cents for the bag. I wouldn't have minded paying if it were actually Dunkin' policy, but I left feeling very upset. I never want to set foot in that place again. I also watched the man prepare two drinks for another customer—a juice and a milk-based drink—and use the very same spoon to stir both of them. Another person and I just looked at each other in disbelief at what he was doing. ESPAÑOL. Soy una clienta de comsumo adiarío Dunkin en diferentes locales este seria el peor . fui un Domingo en la tarde eso de la 6 :27 pm 9/18/2026 me atendio un joven . el problema no fue el joven fue un señor mayor. pedi 3 bebidas y mas pedidos . tengo una cirugia en mi mano cual se me hace dificil agarrar a mano fuerte las 3 bebidas . le pido al señor que por favor me regale una funda plastica para poder poner mis pedido en mi ante mano . su repuesta fue que tenia que pagar 40 centavos para darme la funda . No era nada pagarlo si fueran una ley de dunkin . sali muy disgustada . ese lugar para nada quiero ver . tambien mire el señor preparo dos bebidad a otro cliente un jugo y una bebeda mexclada con leche y uso la misma cuchara para mover dos diferentes bebidas . otra persona y yo solo nos miramos como hace esto .

I express to one of the employees that my order is wrong she became combative with me and I express that I did not like the taste. Tasted like water down coffee she gave me attitude so I expressed I'll like a refund she lied said the manager wasn't there but he was. He just went to the back she decline to refund me. She went made another latte after I express I did not want it anymore it tasted the same as the first one she kept arguing with me. I want a refund I never finished the latte I feel robbed and she has a attitude problem I wouldn't wanna come here anymore. It was one of my favorites Dunkin she has messed up my experience. I am pregnant highly rude of her.
