I ordered a decaf coffee, but the ordering process was very difficult because the cashier, Kotun, did not seem to understand English well, which made it hard to communicate the order. What concerned me more was what happened after. I saw my cup taken to an area behind the counter where customers can’t really see what’s going on, and it looked like regular coffee was mixed with hot water and then given to me as “decaf.” That’s not acceptable, especially for people who specifically order decaf for health or caffeine reasons. I hope management looks into this situation and improves staff training and transparency in how drinks are prepared.
