- AAAnthonyAug 25, 20261.0Horrible store. I came in and stood at the register for 24 minutes, not a hello, nobody took my order. This is so unprofessional they stared at me and continued to make drink after drink and never even said anything to me. They look so angry and miserable and do not care for the job. This was by far the worst Dunkin experience of my life. Pay attention to your staff because they are clearly unhappy.

I went in with my sister we were ordering when a man came in and started saying his order from the middle of the store and the guy making drinks skipped us and made his drink and it wasnt even in the system he had his drink before he even paid. There was also flies.
