  Horrible customer service I went and purchased a Oreo coffee chiller and a caramel creme coffee chiller. Needless to say I waited 10 minutes until the young guy acknowledge me and took my order. Another 30 to get my drinks just to get one of them completely wrong. The older man proceeded to make 2 Oreo coffee chiller and I told him that’s not what I ordered he took one to “make the right one” to my surprise he dumped the drink in the blender keep in mind the same drink, added caramel and handed it to me saying “that’s caramel” when I’m clearly looking all the Oreos in the drink. Horrible service!

  Ya'll need to update the schedules here in Google. I wait a whole hour to open, the lady next to me was late for work. I wait cause I work later and I want the damn bag 😅. That cost me 3 hours less of sleep 😫

  Please have your new breakfast cook to wear a hair net and not to wipe his forehead while cooking, I had to throw it away today.This happened this Tuesday morning at 8 am. I am a regular customer that enjoys your breakfast, Thank you.

  am writing to report an issue I have experienced multiple times at your location. I recently purchased an apple pastry (apple fritter / apple filled donut), and unfortunately it was undercooked inside. This has happened more than once, and each time I had to throw the product away.
