When I arrived, the lady just "announced" to me there's no croissant and it's replaced with English muffin. After I sat down at office, I found it's missing the cheese and turkey sausage also. Don't put on the menu if you don't serve pork sausage It's just terrible.

I ordered and paid through the kiosk, only to be told that several of the items I had already paid for were unavailable. Instead of offering a refund, they forced me to choose from the few items that were left, even though I didn't want them. I ended up paying for food I never intended to order. The lack of customer service was shocking. No apology, no attempt to make things right, and a completely dismissive attitude. This is a dishonest and frustrating way to treat customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you're willing to risk paying for items they don't even have.

I was able to walk to Bryant Park from this location, sit to drink my coffee and watch the public unfold a giant US flag for later today's 250tj anniversary festivities .
