Their customer service is 100% excellent and this is my second time here and I love being here, smelling donuts, and other foods. I highly recommend coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts if you live in Harlem close by 135th and Lennox. And I rate this location 999 trillion stars.

One employee said bluntly she will not serve me after I raise a valid issue with her. I’ll walk the half a mile to the other location. Absolute trash employees and service.
