- SRStephanie RodriguezJun 28, 20261.0So this morning I placed an order for pick up , munchkins , ice coffee and a croissant. When I get there only my coffee and croissant was on the pick up table . There was 1 lady making the food & 1 lady making coffee . There’s another women waiting for a food as well , so the lady shouts “ 2 butter croissants “ , the women that was in front of me takes the order because that’s what she ordered. So now I’m still waiting for my food , I tell the lady “hey where’s my croissant” she’s then says “ oh that lady that was in front of you took your food , you should have said something “ So I explain to her , I only have 1 crossiant , you stated it was 2 crossiants, how is it my fault you put 2 orders in 1 bag . She walks away with an attitude to make my order , then the other lady that was making the coffee puts my order on the pick up table , the whole time my order was hidden behind the counter , but yet they wanna fight with the customers for their mistakes . Never coming back here , the customer service sucks
