Then they didn’t even give me my drink while I was standing at pickup, the customer right next to me got their order while I had to reach over the counter for mine. Disgustingly unprofessional!.

And they know how to make the coffee right without me having to repeat myself. In a city where good service is rare, these guys stand out. My go-to spot near the office.
- DDdon diegoApr 5, 20261.0At around 2:30pm I came in and ordered a protein latte avocado toast and a Boston cream, everything came up to $14:54. 3 or 4 white tourists came in after I ordered this is all on camera, I received my avocado toast from the guy at the side he made their drinks gave them their drinks and left me standing there. A Asian lady received her drink who also ordered after me, so thats when I asked if he forgot my drink. He started making my drink after having me stand there for all that time, but I had to leave because I was late for work so dunkin donuts manager or regional manager I need a refund for my latte.. look at your camera and check your register I need my refund for my latte. he made those white people drinks with the quickness that ordered after me he made that Asian lady drink that ordered after me i would like my refund for my latte please check your camera and register.
