  To the Management Team, I am writing to share my disappointment regarding two recent experiences at your location. As a regular customer who uses the mobile app for convenience, the service I have received lately has been unacceptable. On April 26, I placed an app order only to find the latte machine was down upon arrival. I waited for 30 minutes without being offered an alternative or an update by the staff. When I finally received my drink, it was made with almond milk instead of the oat milk I paid for. I chose to leave rather than face further delays. Unfortunately, today, May 2, I had a similar experience at 5:30 AM. The machine was broken again, but the interaction with your staff was the most disappointing part. The employee on duty, who was wearing sunglasses indoors, simply told me "no latte" and walked away without offering a refund, a substitute, or any assistance. I value your products and spend my hard-earned money at your establishment, but the lack of communication and professional courtesy is making it difficult to return. I hope you will look into the equipment reliability and staff training at this location.

  The night guy has a rude attitude. I was waiting to order but he kept on restocking and cleaning in the back. He saw me waiting to order but didnt even acknowledge i was there until i had to shout out to him that i want to order
