- JBJustin BrownMay 1, 20262.0First, I ordered my food early on DoorDash, around 5:20 am. The store said my order was ready for pickup at 5:45 am, but Doukin Donut was closed until 6:00 am. I walked over at 5:45 am for my health. I had to return at 6:05 am; my order was still not ready. On top of that, the service was horrible. She had an attitude because I would not confirm my order until it was finished. The lady kept asking me to confirm, but I'm glad I didn't because she almost forgot my classic donut. Then she gave me a hard time when I asked for the item I paid for. They just lost a good customer because I usually order from there every morning, but I usually have it delivered to my house on DoorDash. This was the first time in a while I picked up my own order, will be the last time too order from there too.

I politely ask if he’d wash his hands before pulling our donuts (I know I should have left, but I’d promised the grands) anyway he was sooooo rude. Got loud. Insulting. Jerk. At the end of the day, if he’s that gross in front of customers what is he doing when we aren’t watching
