- RRRoRoJul 17, 20261.0Usually come in here for quick grab and go. I order a caramel frozen coffee and the Indian man gives me a frozen peanut butter drink and tells me that’s what I ordered. I kindly explain that I am allergic and that I cannot even smell that. He reacted SO rude and began to slam things and talking in his language. Other customers were surprised by his reaction and some left the store. Also got a BURNT ham and cheese croissant. 🥐 The other guy was slightly kind in regards. **Terrible service. HIGHER MANAGEMENT SHOULD EVALUATE THESE REVIEWS AND PLACE BETTER COSTUMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION.

I walked over at 5:45 am for my health. I had to return at 6:05 am; my order was still not ready. On top of that, the service was horrible. She had an attitude because I would not confirm my order until it was finished. The lady kept asking me to confirm, but I'm glad I didn't because she almost forgot my classic donut. Then she gave me a hard time when I asked for the item I paid for. They just lost a good customer because I usually order from there every morning, but I usually have it delivered to my house on DoorDash. This was the first time in a while I picked up my own order, will be the last time too order from there too.
