I understand the environment can get busy but one of them ignored me purposely. I told him my order several times and when I clarified my order, the worker (male) went ahead and took another order. I need to clarify that before he did this, he thought one of the pink receipt that indicate the order was mine and intended to give it back. He was very rude before his peer recognized it and was nice about it.

After taking a few sips of my drink, I realized I didn’t like it because it was far too sweet. I politely asked one of the employees if it would be possible to remake the drink or exchange it for the same refresher my fiancée had ordered. Instead of trying to help, he responded, “It’s not my fault you don’t like the drink,” in a rude and dismissive tone. He refused to remake or exchange the drink and was unprofessional throughout the interaction. I understand that stores may have policies regarding remakes or exchanges. However, I would have appreciated a respectful explanation instead of being spoken to rudely. Good customer service means treating customers with courtesy, even when a request cannot be accommodated. I am disappointed with this experience and would appreciate having this matter reviewed. I hope appropriate steps are taken to ensure customers are treated respectfully in the future.
