After taking a few sips of my drink, I realized I didn’t like it because it was far too sweet. I politely asked one of the employees if it would be possible to remake the drink or exchange it for the same refresher my fiancée had ordered. Instead of trying to help, he responded, “It’s not my fault you don’t like the drink,” in a rude and dismissive tone. He refused to remake or exchange the drink and was unprofessional throughout the interaction. I understand that stores may have policies regarding remakes or exchanges. However, I would have appreciated a respectful explanation instead of being spoken to rudely. Good customer service means treating customers with courtesy, even when a request cannot be accommodated. I am disappointed with this experience and would appreciate having this matter reviewed. I hope appropriate steps are taken to ensure customers are treated respectfully in the future.

Me and my dad went to order at the machine instead of the cash register since there was already a person ordering. My order number was 7229. When I got my coffee, I was still waiting for my food. The lady asked me ‘what was I waiting for?’ And I replied with “My food”. She then shows me a receipt with the WRONG number but it still had my exact coffee order. She then tries to tell me that I’d have to pay more since the machine only paid for my coffee. After me and my dad arguing with them about them trying to rip us off; trying to make me pay MORE, they finally give me my 2 bacon wraps. When I got my 2 bacon wraps, I later find out that it was barely cooked. Please do not go here. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
