- EPElizabeth PAug 24, 20261.0Ordered loaded hash browns, they gave me half the cup filled, cold, soggy and old hasbrowns with no bacon and strange tasting cheese, I had to throw it away, inedible!! I’ve ordered this at other locations and it certainly is not like that at all!! Disappointing and a waste of $! Do better for your customers and serve decent food and the right portion! The worst Dunkin ever!!!

The guy taking the order put down 1 pump on the receipt, then proceeded to say, “Put 2.” My girlfriend corrected him and refused the drink, and he said, “Just try it, and if you don’t like it, I’ll make it again.” Like, what? Did we not just order 4 pumps? Is this your order or ours? He then caught an attitude and remade the drink. This time, he added way too much ice, and my girlfriend corrected him immediately. Instead of simply fixing it, he poured the ice and a large portion of the matcha mixture out. He then didn’t even add the mixture back, so what we were left with was basically milk with a tiny amount of matcha and sugar. This entire situation could have been avoided if he had simply paid attention to the order the first time. There wasn’t even a single other customer inside, so there was absolutely no reason for this level of carelessness

They would not provide ice water and even said “there’s no ice” even though I ordered an ice coffee. It’s summer. At least offer to sell a cup of ice water rather than treating your customers like criminals.

- PPPBJul 13, 20261.0I would give zero stars if I could. The service at the store was extremely poor both in terms of customer service, and quality of the food/drink. The store does not provide the option to eat in, there is sufficient place but all the chairs were stacked up in one corner, so no one would sit there and eat (it was 5pm and not late in the day). The quality of my hot drink was horrible, my money wasted! I won't recommend dunkin to anyone ever. Go to McD or Starbucks to get worth your money.
