- SCSabrina CoolsAug 22, 20261.0If I could give this place **ZERO stars, I absolutely would.** The customer service here is consistently HORRIBLE, and at this point, I genuinely don’t understand how management allows it to continue. There are maybe **two employees** who are actually pleasant, professional, and seem to understand the concept of customer service. Everyone else? Rude, dismissive, and constantly acting like customers are inconveniencing them by simply placing an order. The attitudes are completely unnecessary. And let’s not even get started on the CONSTANT order mistakes. These are simple orders, yet somehow they manage to mess them up regularly. They’ll also run out of items and, instead of communicating that BEFORE taking your money, they’ll charge you for something they don’t even have and then tell you afterward. Then, rather than offering reasonable alternatives, they try to decide what you’re going to get instead. And if you ask for a refund because you paid for something you did not receive, suddenly the attitude gets even worse. Ma’am… YOU made the mistake Why am I being treated like I’m the problem? 😭 I’ve given this location MULTIPLE chances because I believe in giving businesses the benefit of the doubt, but the experience is consistently disappointing. At this point, I’d rather go out of my way to another Dunkin than deal with the unnecessary attitude, poor communication, and repeated mistakes at this location. **Management seriously needs to address the customer service here because this is embarrassing. A business cannot operate like customers are a burden. If you have the option to go to another Dunkin, GO. Save yourself the headache, the attitude, and the inevitable “oh, we actually don’t have that” after they’ve already taken your money. 😂 Would I recommend this location? Absolutely not. Not to my worst enemy.

They're to busy talking and not making the drink right when I repeated myself 4 times. they give me Frozen matcha when I asked for protein matcha then having nerve to have an attitude when I told them they messed up my order.. the customer service is horrible here
