I ordered a white cheddar bagel with cream cheese, and they told me to do it myself because they don’t put cream cheese on it. I told them that every other place does it, and they responded that I wasn’t their boss and that if I wanted, I could go somewhere else.

The staff did not speak English beyond a few basic words, which made it extremely difficult to place an order and communicate effectively. In addition, I noticed that the area was not well maintained or clean, which raised concerns about overall standards. Because of this, I decided not to make a purchase and leave. Unfortunately, I would not return to this location. If this reflects the hiring and training standards across other Dunkin’ locations, it would make me reconsider visiting the brand altogether.
