- LCLisa CMay 10, 20261.0I ordered an iced latte through the app, and when I arrived to pick it up I was told that they didn’t have what I ordered, but had made me a different drink instead. When I asked for a refund, I was told “We don’t give refunds on Sundays”. The employees made several comments under their breath, and I heard them use the words “you people” several times. I was finally able to get a cash refund, but was given the wrong amount. At that point, I was so frustrated that I walked out with the cash refund that was less than what it was supposed to be. I should also point out that I observed one of the same employees try to do the exact same thing to two women a few days ago. This location is definitely scamming people, so I would recommend avoiding them.

I got a mango pineapple refresher too and it was fizzy when it was suppose to be green tea. Never coming back here again I recommend ya not to come either. Asked for a refund for nasty drinks and they made it so complicated.
