That same cook didn’t even call my name to tell me my order was ready. Instead, she just placed it on the counter and kept making more orders. I’ve been going to Duncan since a little kid and now I’m afraid to eat their sandwiches

Then act offended as if you didn’t just watch them fill your cup with majority milk,ice and cream. Skip or make coffee at home you’ll make a better cup 10/10. Save your money. Icing on the cake majority of staff aside from the one man that works there with orange beard are annoyed when customers walk in and are crap at making a sellable cup of coffee. Avoid this dunking like the plague. Unless you like 10.00 cup of milk.
