- MSMyo L Campbell SrSep 24, 20261.0Man, I wish I saw the other reviews before stopping at this Dunkin’. My experience was similar to other reviews here. Awful customer service. They really tank the Dunkin’ brand here. I’m a Dunkin’ patron almost everywhere I go. I’ve even been to the very first Dunkin’ in Massachusetts. I placed my order on the kiosk for the $6 meal deal. I cannot say with 100% certainty where the error occurred, whether it was the kiosk or something I overlooked. However, to my shock I noticed a $17 charge after I had paid. ??? $17 for a $6 meal deal?!?!?! I went to the counter and told the cashier the error before they even began preparing the food. He could not fix it nor refund my money even if I wanted to cancel the order was all he adamantly stated. He didn’t try to work with me, he didn’t try to understand the error, he didn’t offer any real help or solutions. He was willing to let me leave the store with no order and no refund. Once I implored for help, all he’d say is, “call the Dunkin’ helpline.” He wouldn’t even give it to me. When I asked he told me to look it up. When I called the Dunkin’ helpline, an automated recording came on saying it could not help me then hung up. Boy, was I fuming but I’m thankful to say that my parents intrusive thoughts didn’t win! If you can afford to wait or go a little farther, skip this Dunkin’ and go to the next one. The only thing it really has going for itself is location location location. I would not recommend nor would I return if I can avoid it.
