Slowest Dunkin I've ever been to. I've never had any issues with their food or drinks, but my god they take a long time to make them. To be fair, they do look understaffed (which seems to be a company wide issue), but they're too busy walking around back there hanging out to finish people's orders in a timely fashion. I waited ten minutes to get a coffee made one day because the guy put the cup under the espresso machine and walked off to show one of his coworkers something in his phone.

rude barista continuously kept messing up the drink order even though it was VERY simple. ended up leaving with the wrong order and the drink tasted bad. Meanwhile, they let people panhandle inside the store, a man kept aggressively asking me for money while I was trying to take my order. DO NOT come to this dunkin.

they ran out of what i ordered, which is perfectly fine, so instead of getting something different, i asked to just cancel. they told me they couldn't refund me and that i had to call. i called, and the phone agent told me someone would be in touch. they never contacted me. i haven't received a refund.

i dont know when or why this shift happened, but Dunkin' is now wickedly more expensive than Starbucks for a black cold brew. A cold brew at Starbucks, just a block east, is always the same amount of liquid because they pour the liquid and then the ice, resulting in a consistent ice to cold brew ratio. At Dunkin', they are notorious with filling the cup to the brim (or just about) with ice, leaving about half the liquid you'd expect. The "solve" for this, historically, was to request light ice. HOWEVER, THEY NOW AD A SURCHARGE when you ask for less ice?? It's like $.45 or $.65 on top of the base drink, which is already more than the size at Starbucks. (For reference, I'm comparing a venti to a medium). Cold brew specifically, Dunkin' used to be the cheapest chain option, starbucks was slightly more expensive (but their atmosphere is more coffee shop than Dunkin's elevated 7/11 atmosphere, as most Dunkin's in the city do not have the more upscale seating found elsewhere), and then independent coffee shops most expensive. I don't know who Dunkin thinks they are, charging more than Starbucks despite cheaper rent, little to no seating, and their branding targeting blue collar/low maintenance Americans. Coming from Boston, this is an abomination, and I will never again step foot in this location (unless it's late/super early, they are 24/7 so I do appreciate that). PS. Service is wickedly slow even when I'm the only one inside, so plan to catch the next train.
