To be fair, they do look understaffed (which seems to be a company wide issue), but they're too busy walking around back there hanging out to finish people's orders in a timely fashion. I waited ten minutes to get a coffee made one day because the guy put the cup under the espresso machine and walked off to show one of his coworkers something in his phone.
