- DWDasia WardSep 9, 20261.0They put chamoy in my lava coolada instead of strawberry syrup. I gave grace & went back to kindly tell them that it’s chamoy & not strawberry syrup. They remade my drink with a dark blueberry looking syrup which didn’t even look right to me as someone who’s had the same drink multiple times & it’s never looked like that.. So I asked for them to refund me since they couldn’t make the drink properly. They claim they couldn’t do that. I asked for them to just remake my drink without any syrup at all. The man goes “I don’t understand what you’re saying”. He understood everything I said up until he got an attitude. He also called me a btch for vouching for what I paid for. Moral of the story, stay away from here unless you want a nasty attitude served with your stuff.

Me myself I work in food industry and come to work earlier and open exactly what time we have to be open. I worker in Dunkin Donuts before , in Mc donalds before. I live nearby and came to this place at 5 am and out of 10 times they were open only ONCE!

- NMNicole MendezJun 16, 20261.0I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Dunkin today. An employee made me feel harassed during what should have been a normal order. When giving me my iced latte, he first tried unnecessary physical contact by giving me a fist bump and then attempted to shake my hand. There was whipped cream sticking out of the lid, and before adding caramel he stood there smiling, clearly expecting me to put my mouth on the whipped cream in front of him. I felt extremely uncomfortable and instead removed it with my finger. He laughed after seeing my reaction. The whole interaction felt inappropriate, unprofessional, and honestly made me feel sexually harassed. I hope management takes employee behavior with customers seriously.
