  These people are so lazy! Every time I try to order a frozen coffee they say that the machine doesn’t work, it’s been weeks! I just believe that they are being lazy to clean the machine once they make the frozen coffee. If they don’t like their jobs then they should find something else or better yet, stop hiring these lazy family members to run Dunkin and get people who actually want to work!

  This location is terrible. Every time I’ve gone here they mess up my order and have even charged me more money than needed on one order. I tried to order through the app for pick and that was a bad experience. I walked in waiting at the pickup area. I waited for 10 minutes until I realized the order was ready behind the counter out of my reach. They never called out that it was ready. Then when a worker finally came to the pick up window I asked about my order and he rudely told me to wait and ignored me. At this point I was very upset and told him I have been waiting for a while and he started to argue with me that he was doing something else and I had to wait. I was beyond patient with this location and will never be coming back.

  Good customer service, Always the same pace n good attitude. My only complaint is that they let The crackheads come in with no mask on asking for money And when I pointed it out to them they just brush it off.
