- FZFrank ZahnMar 16, 20261.0I LOVE me some Dunkin, and this location is great . . . . before 1am. 3 nights I have gone around 1:30am on the way home from work. Not a soul is out front. I totally understand having the window vs. having the door open, but then you should have someone out there or at least watching the cameras. I mean I waited 10 minutes and even tried the door to signal someone was there. So to be clear, during the daytime, I am ride-or-die for this location, but if you say you are 24 hours you should staff accordingly or at least have them visible. I would have spent around $20 IF someone was there to serve me.

- EBElana BJul 10, 20221.0I believe there’s new management and ever since, the atmosphere has changed and I feel very uncomfortable ordering from here. They refer to me as “Baby” whenever the guys are working and today they called an elderly woman who ordered before me, “Baby” as well as myself once it was my turn. Today, not only did they call me “baby” again, but my “toasted sandwich” was never put into the toaster and was given to me cold and uncooked. The manager then gave me an excuse that they have so many orders, however, my food was just literally uncooked so I’m unsure the correlation here? It’s disappointing since I used to enjoy frequenting this location. Due to constant disrespect, excuses and denying me a refund, I will never return back to this location.
