  I had the worst experience at this store today, May 5, 2026. The staff were extremely rude and made me feel completely unwelcome. I placed a pre-order, but when I arrived, it wasn’t ready. I didn’t receive an apology or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience. When my drink was finally made, no one offered me a straw. As I walked over to get one myself, a staff member came out from behind the counter and stared at me as if I were going to take something. It was uncomfortable, inappropriate, and unnecessary. Throughout my visit, the employees were speaking among themselves, laughing and carrying on in a way that felt unprofessional and exclusionary. The overall atmosphere made me feel unwelcome. I want to be very clear: I left this establishment feeling discriminated against. No customer should feel singled out or treated differently in this way. Businesses in diverse areas should ensure that every person—regardless of background is treated with dignity and respect.This is not the first time I’ve had a negative experience at this location, but it is by far the worst. This level of customer service is unacceptable. The owner of this establishment should take responsibility for ensuring their staff are properly trained and held accountable.   I come to this dunkin a lot because it just happens to be close to work. Also theres 1 nice guy that always helps. But other than that id rather go to another location like 86 or 57th!! Every other staff member is HORRIBLE, inattentive, rude, need customer service training and have no clue what happy customers are!!

  I have been a customer of Dunkin for over ten years I work in the city and in between going to conferences and meeting clients I would stop in grab a cold brew to give me an extra push for my long day at this Dunkin’ Donuts 2264 Broadway my co worker and my self stopped in to get a cold brew I also wanted a sourdough grilled cheese I opened my app received my points and paid , no problem other customers came in received their orders and left yet my grilled cheese wasn’t even started after waiting for a while and noticing that the employees where laughing and talking in the back I politely asked for a refund explaining I have been waiting for a while and no longer would like the food I received my refund in left yet this is the second time this happened the first time I thought May have been a one off due to other customers ordering but once I reminded them of my order another customer explained to the employee that he was waiting for a while also there will not be a third time I enjoy Dunkin yet there are experiences such as this one that gives the company a bad name. My co worker and myself agreed that we will no longer send any more of our money at this location.
