I went back to the store and I ask to speak to a supervisor and they was being very rude and trying to give me another doughnut they all look at me like I was insane ! I will never return back to this location !! All I wanted them to do is be careful what they are serving to the customers ! I never had an issue before I usually buy other food ! But this doughnut is not what I expected to eat at all far as the taste and the way how it look

- SSSerenityJul 24, 20261.0This is by far the WORST dunkin in harlem, i visit often as i work in the area and every time i do theres an issue with customer service with the same TWO GUYS. The store will have a line of customers waiting to take there order, customers waiting for food and just one staff member working while others are in the back or cleaning the store. I asked this worker by the icecream section if he can help his colleague take order on line since the other worker was busy preparing food and he told me that i had to wait for the worker who was already tending to other orders. When i told him how long ive been waiting he dismissed me and walked to the back. Avoid this location if you dont want to wait 15-20 minutes to order and dont want to deal with the attitude of the male workers
- MGMilanni GidronJun 22, 20261.0We’re ordering a Ice caramel cooloda and the employee keeps saying no we don’t have that and he does understand instead of describing it he not describing or saying what it is when it’s right there on the board and we orders it earlier it’s basically ice caramel just extra caramel and they not allowing it and he’s Indian both of people working there and not understanding and the other person is just washing his hand for 10 MINUTES not trying get into it and there’s a lady just looking she looked she about get into with us and their just telling customer no it took 3 people to get them understand and were trying get points activated and he keeps saying no no no after they need more management and more fluent English speakers and more supervision’s and management they should of just kept the old Dunkin’s donunt across the street it was much better
