  No one here knows what they’re doing. I check my order each time I pick it up from this location because they always get it wrong (bagel instead of croissant, American cheese instead of white cheddar, etc). The last straw for me was when I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese and they got the cheese wrong. I asked them for the right cheese and they simply took the right cheese straight from the fridge, cold as a rock, and threw it into my sandwich. I had to ask them to remake my sandwich after I had told them they got the order wrong. I go out of my way to the Dunkin on 46th street now.

  They load up your coffee with sugar when you ask them not to. I asked for 1 pump of vanilla it was too sweet. I asked them to remake it and i watched them put 6 pumps in. I told them it was too much and she said don’t worry it won’t be too sweet. It obviously was. I can’t drink it. Also the place looks dirty and there are boxes everywhere.

  I only come to this location because it’s the closest to Grand Central Madison, and honestly, that’s the ONLY thing it has going for it. The customer service is atrocious. The staff acts like customers are an inconvenience. God forbid you ask for a straw — which THEY keep behind the counter — because the attitude you get is unbelievable. They take forever to make a single coffee, and spend more time in side conversations than actually doing their jobs. It feels like they let anyone run a franchise these days. The place just opened and it’s already this bad. At this rate, I doubt this location will last long with service this poor.

  Let me start by saying the food I've ordered has always been fine/ fresh donuts. But my coffee is made wrong more than half the time. Its entered in correctly, because the sticker is right, but what is given to me is definitely not correct. so that means they dont even read the order correctly before making them. Its usually very busy and not worth waiting for a remake, so I just deal with it. But what if its someone who has an allergy, or is lactose intolerant??... that could be a huge problem.
