My experience here was amazing, the food and the drinks were amazing. However, Cesar was genuinely one of the friendliest and best waiters I’ve experienced going out in New York City. I’m definitely coming back here for my next NYC trip.

Most of the food is delicious drinks are not. Order a frozen coconut margarita but got a regular margarita, yet I was still charged for a coconut margarita. Later ordered a margarita on the rocks but got a frozen margarita. Ordered sparkling water got tap water. Smh Got empanadas that were very salty yet got guacamole that had no salt in it. Not sure what was going on in the back. However, the steak fajita and the skirt steak Asada was absolutely amazing.

The food was decent, but unfortunately the customer service was very disappointing. During our meal, we found a hair in one of the plates. I asked to speak with the kitchen manager, chef Edgar, expecting the issue to be handled professionally. Instead, he responded with a rude and dismissive attitude, made inappropriate facial expressions, and showed little concern for the situation. Rather than apologizing or attempting to resolve the issue, he simply walked back into the kitchen without offering any explanation or solution. Finding hair in a meal is already unacceptable, but the way the situation was handled made the experience even worse. As a manager, I expected professionalism, accountability, and respect toward customers. While the food itself wasn't bad, the poor service and lack of concern left a lasting negative impression. I hope management addresses both the food quality standards and the level of customer service to prevent similar experiences in the future.

Worst place ever. Went there with my family and will never return. If I could give 0 stars I would. Food was bad service was even worse. Staff looked down on us because we werent dressed "fancy" apparently for their taste we were dressed in nice comfortable clothing as we just had a 7hr drive to the consulate and being there all day exausted and hungry. They came to the table literally 4 times. 1. To bring water and chips 2.to write down our order 3. To bring our food Restaurant wasnt busy at all No one checked on us,no came to ask what we wanted to drink, when the food came they were missing a side of rice alwhen we told the waitress she lookes at us like we were begging for food😒. Extremely expensive not worth what we paid for worst experience Shouldve gotten chinese or mcdonals instead of this crap of place.
