I received a delivery notification at 10:23 AM saying my order was delivered, but I never received it. When I called the store around 10:30 AM, I was told the driver was still “on the way.” When the order finally arrived, the driver was driving recklessly and almost hit a pedestrian. On top of that, the pizza looked horrible — completely sloppy and thrown together like a child made it. The cheese was all over the top of the box and the pizza presentation was unacceptable. False delivery alerts, unsafe driving, and poor food quality are unacceptable.
