- GBGerman Bosquez5 days ago5.0We've been to a couple of DelFrisco's in the city, including this one at Brookfield Place, but never tried their brunch until now. We were very pleasantly surprised with the selections and quality of food. The Silver Dollar Sour is an interesting twist on an Old Fashioned, and I enjoyed the maple, lemon juice and mint. Their avocado toast is very substantial (3 loaded slices!) with herb & cheese spread, pickled shallots, and cherry tomatoes - delicious! Their Crab Benedict is, as the name suggests, Eggs Benedict with crab instead of ham, plus a Cajun lobster sauce served with roasted potatoes, and it was heavenly! I added a side of thick-cut bacon to it, which was a little tough but flavorful. We ended the meal with their decadent Cookie Crumble Sundae. Our server Paula was a delight throughout, and was helpful with our questions as we navigated the menu. We would definitely try their brunch again when in the area!

Gabriel, who took care of our table, provided impeccable service. He was professional, attentive, patient, and made our experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning. I highly recommend it.

But the line cooked a rare ribeye order till it was medium-well (i.e., ruined), and sent the replacement out cold and unseasoned. When I was 19, I learned to make a great rare steak with fraternity brothers, a raging hot grill, seasoning, and quick hands. I’m not sure how this crew missed the boat, but I wish I’d cooked at home instead of going out.
