But the line cooked a rare ribeye order till it was medium-well (i.e., ruined), and sent the replacement out cold and unseasoned. When I was 19, I learned to make a great rare steak with fraternity brothers, a raging hot grill, seasoning, and quick hands. I’m not sure how this crew missed the boat, but I wish I’d cooked at home instead of going out.

The lunch menu contained a wide variety of options for all types of people. The majority of our group had salads and everyone seemed to think they were quite good. Would recommend this restaurant if you are in the area of the Brookfield place.

Our waiter, William, was exceptionally kind, polite, and attentive, consistently checking to see if we needed anything else. The highlight of the evening was when the executive chef, Richard, personally came to our table to ask how we were enjoying our dishes. We shared that everything was excellent and that we would definitely return for our next anniversary. His eyes lit up with surprise, and he kindly excused himself for a moment before returning with a delightful Nutella ice cream cake as a special anniversary treat. We felt treated with the utmost respect and warmth throughout our visit. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to William and Executive Chef Richard, and we wish them both a wonderful Easter.
