  Visited Dave & Buster's in Times Square—packed on a Friday night, but the energy was amazing! The arcade had tons of games for all ages, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The cocktails were tasty and matched the lively vibe. However, the prize options for lower points felt a bit underwhelming. Parking was tough, so I’d recommend using public transit. A fun spot to hang out with friends or family, though the wait for tables might be long during peak hours.

  It was a very great atmosphere with my family of eleven ranging in ages 3 to 45. Between the food and fun games we all had fun. Our waiter and the 2 managers were great catering to us, asking how our meals and drinks were. Keep up the good work.

  I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Ms. Heather, and I truly feel blessed by the experience! She went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, appreciated, and well taken care of. Her customer service was absolutely top-notch, and she genuinely went the extra mile to make my experience special. D&B truly has a gem of an employee in Ms. Heather! Her kindness, warmth, professionalism, and genuine care left such a lasting impression on me. She blessed my heart tremendously, and because of the wonderful service she provided, I will gladly return again and again. Thank you, Ms. Heather, for making my experience so memorable.   Unfortunate that I have to write this as I don’t usually leave negative reviews, however I stopped by this location earlier today and was greeted by the guard. He asked for my ID, and proceeded to say that I was not allowed inside as I wasn’t 25 (or accompanied by anyone 25+). I told him that I was 21, and he told me to “read the rules”. I read the rules that clearly stated “any person UNDER the age of 21 must be accompanied by someone 25 or older”. I tried to explain to him that I was 21, and by the rules was allowed in; however he kept repeating that I had to be 25. Just a bit disappointed.

  At first, everything was fine. They took our order, but after that, the service went downhill. No one came to clear the table, and all the dirty plates were left there for a long time. The dessert did arrive, but they simply left it on the table while all the dirty dishes were still sitting there. There were six of us, and from the beginning we asked if we could split the bill into two separate checks. We were told yes, but at the end our server disappeared. When she finally came back, we asked for the check, and she just left the payment machine on the table without being able to split the checks. Overall, the service was very disappointing and unprofessional. I definitely won’t be coming back to this restaurant.
