  Me and my friends tried to have an amazing day today by going to Dave and Busters. However, they didn’t allow us in. NOBODY TOLD US THAT YOU HAVE TO BE 21+ JUST TO GO INSIDE AND HAVE FUN? MIND YOU, it’s supposed to be a KIDS experience. Since when, did you need identification just to go into an arcade? We took the train 40 minutes just to have fun and unfortunately we were met with discourage, because we need an adult with us. By the way, the last time I went here with the same friends, there were no security guards telling us that we couldn’t go in. When I tried calling my mother to give us permission to go inside, he suddenly threw the information that the adult had to stay with us the whole time here. However, when I peered through the windows of the arcade, there were many MANY kids without an adult present. Honestly, I recommend this place but the rule that you have to have an adult is solely unfair to the kids that are trying to have fun over the summer, instead of just being stuck at home.

  Le lieu en lui-même est sympa, bonne ambiance, le vigile à l’entrée très agréable. Par contre le barmaid (cheveux long) pas correct du tout. Je commande un verre, mon copain n’ayant pas sa carte d’identité sur lui n’en a pas commandé. Nous entendons le barmaid dire à son collègue surtout lui tu ne le sers pas il n’a pas sa carte. Nous n’avons pas insisté pour avoir de deuxième verre donc pourquoi faire ce genre de réflexion devant les clients. Le second point négatif, lorsque nous étions à une borne d’arcade, j’ai surpris un homme d’une quarantaine d’année en train de fouiller dans mon sac à main.

  Okay Dave and Busters I’ll hand it to you - as a lifelong New Yorker, I kinda love this place. Is it overpriced? Certainly. Is the food gourmet? Obviously not. But the people who work here are all so sweet. Both times I’ve been here they’ve gone out of their way to be kind and helpful even though this is probably an insane environment to work in. They’ve helped me make reservations for parties, helped me retrieve only some of the coats from a group coat check so folks in our party could leave early, they’ve helped with the cards and served good drinks and filled up my water bottle on a hot day. Give these people a raise now! They’re awesome. Also all of the games were in service both times I’ve been to this place, which strikes me as no small feat on the part of the maintenance staff. I’m a fan, ok!

  I had such a great experience thanks to Sheena! From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed, checked in on us throughout our visit, and always had a smile on her face. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service and making sure guests have a great time. If you’re visiting Dave & Buster’s, I highly recommend asking for Sheena. She truly goes above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. Thank you for the outstanding service; we can’t wait to come back!
