Der Laden war leider sehr dreckig, obwohl eigentlich genug Personal da war. Ich habe extra erwähnt, dass ich das erste Mal da bin, aber das hat irgendwie keinen gejuckt. An sich verstehe ich ja, dass es schnell gehen muss, aber selbst bei der Pizzabude auf dem Dorf kriegt man dann wenigstens ein, zwei Sätze erklärt. Bestellt habe ich einen Burrito und extra dazugesagt, dass ich scharf nicht so mag – am Ende war das Teil dann leider trotzdem verdammt scharf. Die Beeren-Limonade war auch einfach nur super süß. Insgesamt war es dreckig und hat mir einfach absolut nicht gefallen. Keine Empfehlung, da gibt es deutlich bessere Alternativen!

I've been here like 5 times and every time I regret it because I was telling myself "oh it was just last time it was so salty"... guys... we need to chill on the salt!! haha maybe taste the food you prepare? I'm sitting at home eating my bowl and I have to stop because it's burning my mouth. I'll try the other location on 44th st.

Desde que llegamos al mostrador, una empleada de cabello rojo mostró una actitud poco amable e incluso nos volteó los ojos cuando nos vio. Nos atendió de mala gana como si nos estuviera haciendo un favor. El servicio fue demasiado lento y al momento de pagar también tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo. Lo más decepcionante fue la actitud general del personal, ya que en ningún momento nos sentimos bien atendidos o bienvenidos. La comida estuvo bien, pero la atención fue tan mala que arruinó por completo la experiencia. Espero que la gerencia tome medidas para mejorar el trato hacia los clientes.

- THTrinity HendersonMay 31, 20261.0I had a horrible experience here earlier this month that’s still unresolved. I’ll most likely never return to chipotle ever again truth be told. I ordered food here for pickup about 40 min before closing because I work night shift at a hospital nearby. The food was not made until I left due to them taking forever. The store was completely empty. All the workers just completely ignored me and never acknowledged my presence even despite saying I was waiting for an order, then after complaining with an agent online my order was suspiciously complete even though it was their closing time. I think it’s important to note I was the only person of color in the store. Needless to say- I will never go to chipotle - especially not this location, again.
