I know chipotle measures the amount of meat you get but this lady put half of a half a spoon of chicken & when I ask her to at least put a spoon full she stated it’s double and i would pay extra. Then the cashier which I believe her name is Melanie (that’s the name on my receipt) was rude, she rushed me into paying, wanted to argue with me when I told her I wanted to scan my app for points, just horrible person to be working with customers. Then when I tried to look for a place to sit and eat, the place was so dirty! The tables not cleaned, trash on the floor, trash bins full to the top, just trash everywhere! Unacceptable! If the dept of health would to see this place they would close it down!!

No refund, no alternative—just a "take it or leave it" attitude. This location (and most on the West Side) constantly has empty drink stations. To make matters worse, the food was nearly inedible; the rice was crunchy and undercooked, and the meat was cold and dry. Save your money and go elsewhere.
