I carried my food out with no bag because they were speaking in Spanish and looking at each other like one of them told to do that. I can’t prove it but since when did chipotle start charging for bags? And if it’s not I’ll be back to wild out in there cause I don’t understand. Let’s not talk about how it was a line already when I got there and they were being so inconsiderate of us customers standing looking wondering when we will be next.

Walked in at 2:30 PM with a line of nine people, and only a single staff member was serving while another worked the register. Meanwhile, six other employees were standing around in full view laughing and doing nothing. There is zero sense of urgency here—if you expect fast food, go literally anywhere else. On top of the glacial pace, they never have key food items ready. Absolute failure of store control and management.
