- ECElyn CollierMay 10, 20261.0This chipotle is in desperate need of proper management. With 10 years in the hospitality industry, I’ve never seen such a poorly run quick service establishment. There will be many times that a line of 4 to 5 people will take 20 to 30 minutes to fulfill orders. They will not proactively stay on top of preparing food so that if it runs out, It can be restocked seamlessly. Example, I had to wait 15 minutes for them to make chicken. There were a total of three people dining in the restaurant. Want chips and guac after 6 PM? Not gonna happen. They often have broken down facilities, soda, machines, etc. If you have to order from here, At least save yourself the headache of waiting in line and order online. But you take the crapshoot that items will be missing.

I waited 15mintues just for the grill man to just cut steak. Knowing my children and I were waiting he decided to go make himself a drink, the young lady at the counter asked the grill man 4x to do his. Then he proceeded to speak about me in Spanish stating ‘Vaja al la casa’ as if I’m not Spanish to understand then a staff member who was on lunch proceeded to chime in until I spoke up. This is a highly unmanaged Chipotles.

This location should get different cooks. Spent 26$ and couldn't eat my food. No way to get in touch with anyone so had to post this here
