  I really didn’t want to give this location a one star but when I thought about what happened, I felt like I should write a review. I got a bowl in store at this location. Everything was good until I got to the register. In addition to my bowl, I purchased a lemonade and a bag of chips. The first weird thing that stuck out to me was that the cashier grabbed me a bag of chips from under the table where there were bags of chips stacked on the shelves above the table. It was weird to me but I saw many other bags under the table so I didn’t speak on it. Then I asked for a bag with handles to carry my food and the cashier told me no because they have a limited stock of them. I was annoyed but accepted it until I turned around and saw a customer with a bag with handles standing directly behind me. It felt like she was trying to make me upset because her energy was better with the customer before me. It is a predominantly Hispanic establishment and I am not Hispanic. I started to feel like I was being treated differently because of my skin color/race but I kept my cool and left. I understand that working in food service is hard and not glamorous at all but professionalism and customer service are integral parts of food service. This location needs better management because from the other reviews that I’ve read, this is a top-down concern. Treat customers better no matter what you may think about them or where you think they come from! All money is green!

  I have gone to this location numerous times since it’s the closest one to me. Sadly, every time was miserable so I stopped giving them my business. The beans were always overly salted and/or dried out. The rice was served al dente on two separate visits. What makes it worse is the poor customer service by the waitstaff in this location. Attitude for no given reason when checking out or asking for my mobile order (each time I ordered 30 mins ahead). Some of the staff would speak negatively about customers in Spanish (a very common language in WASHINGTON HEIGHTS) I love chipotle but I hate this location. The one by the hospital is nicer even though it gets slammed during lunch.

  Rudest people I’ve ever seen anytime I go in there it makes me want to cancel my order. Staff is rude unprofessional never doing their job, slow. The manager isn’t any better it’s honestly embarrassing. Grown adults acting like children. Needs new staff immediately, go there at least once a week have never had a good experience. Ruins my mood every time.

  I order 3 bold and they came with the rices like it was pegado or conco it look like the rice was long time in the pan and it dry

  Usually go in at 11am and the person preparing my bowl is always friendly and ready to give recommendations. Much appreciated.
