  this is my first time trying to put Chipotle in Hudson yards. we were waiting online to get our food and they ran out of white rice. we asked the lady who was scooping the white rice how long it was gonna take and she said she did not know. we asked them will there be more she said she didn’t know. her answer to us the whole time was that she didn’t know anything… So we just did an online pick up and once we switched to pick up the service was really quick and they made our bowl nicely.

  I’ve been a few times since they opened. Veggies and meat are consistently too salty. On the weekends the quality of food goes down. Rice is over cooked and chips are stale. Please get some more experienced staff here.

  The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were polite, friendly, and attentive throughout the visit. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, and the service was quick and professional. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience.

  I understand this is fast food, but the service felt very rushed. The staff spoke too quickly, and everything moved so fast that it made me uncomfortable. My chicken bowl was also extremely salty. I ordered a chicken bowl, but there was too much sauce, which made it taste overly salty and watery. My friend ordered tacos, and the wrapping was terrible. When she opened them, the tacos had fallen apart and blended together into a messy pile.

  Tiny portion size even though the price is already at premium compared to other locations. Rice, meat, veggie, cheese, everything is super stingy. My burrito is best described as half burrito. Avoid if you are a real Chipotle fan. The location is not for you, it is for tourists who won't come back any way. Funny thing is, other restaurants open on the same floor so far do not shuffer such size problem.
