The people here treat you like if you're bothering them even though this is the job they signed up for. They will give you half scoops. If you ask for more because they skimped, they get annoyed and give you a quarter of a scoop. The guys in the back making the food don't look too sharp or fast, so I don't know if it's to preserve to avoid running out. Each time it's a negative experience. To the manager at this store, please do Hudson Yards a favor and only hire quality people that don't have stank attitudes.

I had my 1st ever slop bowl today. Ive eaten chipotle before but this is my 1st and last time at this location. Got small portions, food was way over salted and they handled my order so roughly that the bowl and bag were leaking and dripping as i walked away with my order.

This is my first and last time that I will be visiting this Chipotle location. Last Saturday, August 1 after 1pm, I just wanted a large salsa. When I asked for mango salsa, the first girl closest to me, asked me to repeat myself twice. She smiled at me, trying to hold back laughter. She tapped her coworker to the right of her to signal her to serve me. Her coworker asked me what would I like, and I asked for mango salsa. She pointed to the tomato salsa and said that's what we have. I told her I'll take it. She looked at her coworker to her left trying to hold back laughter as she filled the bowl with tomato salsa. I later realized that I was referring to the mango salsa that Guac Time has. The only person that understood that I meant to order tomato salsa instead mango salsa was the guy who put my order in the bag. My point is that the level of professionalism that these two girls demonstrated was unacceptable. I understand that we make mistakes and refer to other things that are not on the menu. But, I would have appreciated it if there was more understanding of the situation, and perhaps one of them could have said, "We don't have mango salsa, but we have tomato salsa instead," in a polite manner instead of making fun of me. If you want better service, when it comes to Mexican Food, I highly suggest Guac Time or Bronx Brewery (at the Shops and Resturants at Hudson Yards).

Went today at the end of the lunch rush. Went to order a veggie bowl and they were out of white rice. I stepped off the line to wait. Got back in line and ordered my bowl. The server was only concentrating on being super fast and barely gave me a full scoop of white rice which I waited for. When I asked for a bit more rice, I was met with a dirty look and was given a minuscule amount more. Each item for the bowl was a tiny portion. Asked for the guacamole which is included and was given the smallest amount possible because there was barely any left. The service line was filthy and pieces of other customers orders ended up on top of my bowl. Also, the rice I waited for was undercooked and hard. Last time I will eat there.

I always order to pick-up to avoid the lines and for some reason at this Chipotle, they put some orders on the pickup shelf and some orders they hold behind the shelf in the employee area, EVEN IF THERE'S ROOM ON THE SHELF.
The first time this happened, I was just standing there for 10+ minutes waiting for my order to be placed on the shelf because WHY WOULD THEY NOT PUT IT ON THE SHELF IF IT WAS READY?
Ater that experience, now I know to ask them for my food but sometimes they're too busy to even answer me. I'd try to get their attention just for them to ignore me. Sometimes I'd be standing there for 10 mins.
And the last time I went there, I found black crunchy pieces in my food - which looked like burnt food scraped off a stove.
