On October 8, at around 6:30 PM, I arrived after receiving a notification that my order was ready. Since the designated pickup area was unattended, I went to the cashier. She looked through the orders but somehow missed mine and told me it wasn’t ready. I trusted her and waited patiently for another 15–20 minutes while she continued chatting with someone who appeared to be her friend. During that time, other employees placed at least five more orders on the pickup counter, yet she never bothered to check again. When I finally asked her to check one more time, she found my order sitting there. It had apparently been ready the entire time! And the restaurant wasn’t even busy! I respect anyone who works to earn a living, but that’s no excuse for wasting customers’ time. Please take your job seriously and be more professional.

Service was so slow two cops walked out. . Not sure if they need more staff, or more training. Either way this location is unbearable.

Not sure if they have recipes for that! The lady served my food, she write down C “ I was trying to paid but the person on the register he was busy with the phone “ FaceTime with someone, he got very distracted that he charged me $23.00 for a chicken salad. I asked him to check but he was talking in the phone. After I asked for the manager he corrected the price. I asked for the manager the lady was serving the food she told me that he was doing the deliveries and he was on the phone too. The phone was in the shirt and he was touching the phone. That is not food safety at all. How the manager was on the phone? And he told me I’m busy sir what you need!!! No even se me I just left.
