How could it take 1 hour for them to make it? I tried to contact through the app but the AI kept closing my chat before I could even explain. Will not be going back to that chipotle. Missed my train because of the horrendous delay.

I ordered a bowl with white rice, black beans, barbacoa and the pollo asado and discovered that it was very salty. My wife ordered the same minus the Barbacoa and found it to be salty too. We ended up dumping the meal. I hope the chef is more mindful and not go heavy on the salt when flavoring the meat protein. Chipotle is a brand that I connect to health and wellness, however the experience did not meet the expectations hence my review. Hope they get it right the next time I visit. UPDATE (09/18/2026) I spoke with Linel, Customer Care Coordinator of Chipotle and was graciously offered two free entrée as a make good for my experience. I must commended the Chipotle team for their very efficient after sales support system. Honesty is always the best policy!

The 7pm team today did not care at all, the bathrooms at this one were locked so I asked an employee who was close by cleaning tables while using her phone and she just waved me away, asked the guy behind the counter and could not understand anything his accent, something about a key. Burrito was smaller than the ones made by other chipotles I've been to in the city, for $14 I'll be going to the jolibee next door next time.
- SWS WAug 20, 20261.0They skimp with the protein at this location. I also got a kids quesadilla meal and they refused to put sour cream and pico in it. I have never been to a Chipotle location that refused to include those sides in the meal. But they charged for those separately, almost $2/each for sour cream and pico. No location I’ve been to has charged any money for a side — but this place charges nearly $2 for a small cup. It definitely gives bait and switch. I will never go to this location again.
