- ERElaine Rodriguez4 days ago1.0Ordered two bowls and the rice was rock hard when I took a bite, there was a pool of grayish liquid at the bottom of one of the bowls and the queso we ordered had turned a weird vomit looking color with curdling chunks inside 🤮 I feel sick to my stomach
- VVValerie5 days ago1.0I never leave reviews. But when I came to this location today, I and three other customers were straight up ignored in line. The gentleman behind me asked if we would get service, and none of the employees responded despite looking DIRECTLY at us. Nobody said a word. Not to us, not to each other. There were 6 people I saw, and not one of them acknowledged the line. I've worked my fair share of food service, as well as QSR, and any manager I've ever had would be on our asses if we ever dared to do that to people. In the end I just walked out and went to another restaurant instead. The man behind me also left moments after I did. Just an embarrassment all around. I've never seen staff act that way at Chipotle before. Definitely will not be returning. Customer service jobs suck, speaking from experience, but if this is the attitude you have while working here and can't even acknowledge customers, maybe you need to find a different line of employment.

The entire staff was rude, but the person serving was particularly unprofessional. They treated every customer with a terrible attitude, rushing people through the line, preparing the orders in a careless way, and even overcharging me. To make matters worse, I realized on my walk home that my bag was soaked in bean juice because the lid hadn’t been closed properly (see photo). Now my coat smells like beans!
