  The customer service here is awful. I was overcharged at the register and inquired about it with the cashier, then the manager inserted himself in my conversation cursed me out and refused to properly charge me. Then instead of admitting he was wrong and refunding me the extra charge of queso- he gave me half off my meal just so he can be right when he was not. He repeatedly told me to shut up and to be quiet when i wasn't even talking to him, i was speaking to the friend i was with. He came over to stand by me when i was getting napkins and utensils trying to intimidate me even telling my friend to tell me to "watch my mouth before it gets me in trouble" when all i did was ask the CASHIER (not him) why i was being overcharged. I do not appreciate being threatened. He was very unprofessional and makes me never want to take my business to chipotle ever again.

  Every time I go in there , there’s never no food a one of the workers named Enrique he is the most rudest person I ever came across. The whole staff rude BUT ENRIQUE! He’s the most rudest person I ever came across

  Most disgusting chipotle I have ever seen. Looked like they didn’t clean once all day! This is what happens when you have employees who don’t care and obvious poor management. Just look at all the 1 star reviews. Rude employees who don’t care, limited food options even though there was two hours left till closing. They kicked everyone out of the seating area because they said they had to clean. I would have fired them all on site. Guess you can’t blame the employees when it’s obvious the management couldn’t care less. Standing by for the cookie cutter management response. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

  “Chipotle: Please Send the Health Inspector. Also the Manager. Also a Mop.” Two hours before close and they were already trying to close the dining room for certain people, like the chairs had a dress code and we failed it. Trash overflowing. Tables sticky. Floors sticky. The whole place looked like it had lost a fight with a wet burrito and refused to clean up. They were out of half the menu. Service was rude enough that I checked if “hospitality” was also discontinued. Then they handed me the burrito. Worst wrap in the history of foil. A sloppy, slimy mess that exploded on contact. I didn’t eat dinner. I performed damage control. Where was the manager? Hiding? On break? Witness protection? Because a reputable chain does not let the dining room look like a biohazard, run out of food, treat guests like an inconvenience, and serve a burrito that should come with a hazmat warning. The health inspector should have their own reserved parking spot at this location. Hopefully we don’t get sick. If we do, at least we’ll know exactly which “freshly prepared” disaster to thank. And here’s the best part: corporate replies to every terrible review with the same copy-paste “we’re sorry, please DM us” energy. Meanwhile this location is still a disaster. Same overflowing trash. Same attitude. Same mystery burrito structural failure. They answer the reviews. They just don’t fix anything. Pretty clear they don’t actually care about improving this store. They care about looking like they care. Big difference.

  8pm Monday 8/31/26 I'm used to chipotle locations slacking on cleaning up the dining area... but this amount of garbage is pretty crazy. I'm currently sitting down to eat and a woman next to me just finished eating. She went over to the garbage can and understandably said out loud, "This is crazy... What do I do? This is crazy..." I told her not to worry because it's clearly not her fault if it falls off the heaping pile of garbage. Chipotle. Do better! Edit: 9/15/26 Rude employees when I asked for a plastic knife. They acted like they wanted to fight me just for asking twice. Apparently utensils aren't expected at this location. I always get a knife to slice my burrito in half to eat. And the garbage is overflowing AGAIN. I'm guessing this is normal here. Someone deleted my photo from my initial review. I'm reposting it. From 8/31/26.
