  I hate to leave a bad review, but this Chipotle is the worst one I’ve ever been too. Always a long wait for food (order in & pick up), the employees are miserable, they’re constantly out of different foods and sides and act like they could care less, the trash can is always overflowing, and the drink machine is always broken. I could go on and on, but I’ll leave it at that. If there’s a different location that is only a little further from you, I think it would be worth it to go elsewhere.

  We just arrived at 8:30pm, this has happened to me too many times. They didn't have anything at the bar but they were full in the delivery section. No lettuce, no white rice, no steak, no cheese, no guacamole, no sauce but again. The bar fordelivery was fully stocked. They said they couldn't serve that because delivery is a priority although you have a customer standing in front of you. Unfortunately not disappointed but expected.

  Of the 5-6 times I’ve ordered from this location, two orders had issues: one purchase had strands of hair and the most recent purchase gave me food poisoning for 3 days. It’s unfortunate given the proximity to work. I agree that this location appears greasy and unclean compared to other locations, which makes one concerned for unclean ingredients and prep work.

  I visited this location around 9:30 PM on Sunday, 8/2, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While waiting in line, I observed another customer asking an employee a few questions. The employee assisting them needed support and asked a taller employee wearing glasses, who appeared to be a lead or manager, for assistance. Instead of helping professionally, he raised his voice at the customer and spoke in a very unprofessional manner. The employee who asked for help looked visibly shocked and nervous. When it was my turn, it took me a moment to pull up my rewards account to scan. The same employee showed obvious frustration and impatience because it was taking a little longer than expected, making me feel rushed and uncomfortable. After receiving my order, I went to get ice for my drink, but the ice machine was empty. Another employee came over to assist me and went to ask the same lead for guidance. He dismissed the concern and instructed the employee to take my cup to the back and fill it with ice there. To me, that raises a significant health and food safety concern. Customers should not have their personal cups taken into the back of the store to be filled. The dining area was also poorly maintained. There were no forks, no napkins, and the overall appearance of the restaurant was messy. To make matters worse, my food was cold. Looking back, I probably should have expected that based on everything I had already observed. If this individual is leading this store—especially in such a high-visibility location—I strongly recommend addressing these leadership and customer service issues before they become even bigger problems. I will also be following up with corporate because this experience fell far below what I would expect. Very disappointing.

  Worst chipotle experience of my life and will never come back to this location. Came at 8pm on a Wednesday and they were out of half their ingredients. They said they had just been busy but there was zero line and only two customers sitting in the store. And anyone who’s worked in restaurants knows you prepare for the dinner rush. They couldn’t tell me when ingredients would be restocked and staff seemed generally poorly trained and confused. Ingredients they did have looked crusty and unappetizing. Entire location is dirty and grubby with greasy finger prints all over the place. I left and went to Dos Toros around the corner which I NEVER do, I’ve had dos toros once in my life but may choose that over chipotle going forward considering Chipotle is unable to keep their chain locations clean and well managed with serviceable food in the store….. Chipotle used to be great. It’s fallen a far way down and this location is a perfect example of the perils of bad company management!!!
