  i ordered a quesadilla and rice and pinto beans. When I attempted to order a drink, a heavyset guy cut me off and said You get an apple juice lol. Before that, I wanted to get some medium salsa, and he intercepted that. I was willing to buy a fountain drink. After I paid, the cashier was about to throw away my receipt. I asked for it. I saw I was charged for a kids carnitas quesadilla. I didn't want a kids' meal. No wonder the manager, or whoever he was, had an attitude. The chick at the start of the line didn't understand. he could have just said, " Sorry, we don't quesadilla on our main menu". People make assumptions and do too much. That is bad customer service. Also, the pinto beans were not seasoned well. I completed the survey on the receipt, too. The only name on the receipt was Zachary. The female cashier was nice.

  1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Experience I came into this Chipotle with my two young children, expecting a simple meal. I was surprised to learn that I could not order a regular quesadilla in person and had to order it online instead. I ordered part of my meal, stepped aside, and placed the quesadilla order online. After I paid, I was then told that quesadillas were not available because the system was down. Meanwhile, one of my children was crying because he was hungry and his sister was the only one eating. What made the situation even more upsetting was that he saw another customer with a regular quesadilla and understandably could not understand why he couldn't have the same thing. I went back to the cashier to double-check, and when I pointed out that another person had a quesadilla, his response was simply, “She works here.” As a parent, I understand that technology can fail and that employees may not control the system. What bothered me was the complete lack of empathy or effort to help, especially with two young children standing there and one of them visibly upset. I left feeling like my children and I were treated as an inconvenience rather than customers. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this location really missed the mark today. My local Chipotle has been the complete opposite—friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This experience was extremely disappointing.

  No lettuce, pico, corn, steak. Lazy management, you don't close for another hour and a half, maybe cook it?
