  Food quality was so bad. Couldn’t even eat my bowl. Chips were stale. Absolutely no consistency with Chipotle. Will not return.

  I have been going to this chipotle weekly for the past 4 years and while the food is good and the workers are amazing, this summer #3 when you go inside on sweltering hot days during a heat wave and AC is not working!!! It happened in 2024, the AC didn’t work for weeks, then the same happened in 2025, and now I went in on a 100 degree day and year #3, AC is not working again. How can a person work there? Even customers who were in line for 5 minutes were complaining so how are the workers supposed to tolerate that? Chipotle definitely does not seem to care about the workers or the customers!

  This place is absolutely horrendous. I cannot believe they actually have people working here in this hot weather without air conditioning. I went in to get my usual bowl during my lunch break and possibly beat the heat thinking there’d be proper air conditioning since it’s 103 degrees outside, and it’s not even that the air conditioning was lacking but rather the fact that there’s no air conditioning at ALL. I could not stand being in that place for more than 2 minutes, I didn’t even get to place my order before I genuinely felt nauseous from how humid it felt in there and that disgusting stench of hot meat wafting in the air. I’ve never had much issue on the matter before and the food quality is hit or miss, but this experience truly shook me and led me to write this review. I’m astonished they don’t value their customers enough to have a working AC or at least a proper fan going on, and even more importantly the fact that they have those grills on for hours and hours which only leads the heat to be trapped inside. And to that all I can think about is how much I sympathize for those poor workers, what a terrible company for not shutting down the place. And with the amount of times they wipe sweat off of themselves, I can only assume there’s a food contamination possibility. Sure, call me a hypocrite for even walking into the place, but my expectation or at least my understanding was that if a store is open then it must mean everything is in order. In this case, it absolutely was not. Do better for your customers and employees Chipotle, and stop charging me so damn much for guac if there’s not even going to be a full scoop to put on the damn thing.

  Management sucks they need to hire more professional employees. Starting with the managers. Rude , poor food quality , little portions the worst

  I've never reviewed a chipotle even when I've really enjoyed my bowl but this is one of the best chipotle experiences I've ever had. The staff was friendly (especially whoever was at the very front of the line starting my order) and made my bowl great. The food was hot and fresh. Very well run during lunch rush today which I know is usually hectic. Definitely will return, great experience I had to share
