  J'arrive à 21:15, il n'y a déjà plus de beef barbacoa, je prends alors du poulet on me sert une toute petite portion car il en restait pas beaucoup et il y avait encore d'autres clients, je demande un soda de la fontaine, on me dit que la machine ne fonctionne plus... visiblement ca ne ferme pas à 23:00 comme indiqué. Je ne parle même pas du service exécrable, la serveuse dépassée par ça journée qui déverse sa frustration sur les clients...

  I went to Chipotle with my friend and we ordered two bowls with white rice and double chicken for $36. When we got to our seat and started eating, we noticed the rice was completely undercooked it was hard and crunchy, and there was way too much water in it. It tasted awful and felt like a total waste of money. It also seemed like the weekend staff were inexperienced compared to the regular weekday employees, which probably affected the food quality. Very disappointed for the price we paid.

  Worst customer service experience in my entire life. Employee GENTIJANA thinks its okay to present disgusting behavior and talk to customers with a nasty attitude. Everytime i come to this location and she is the cashier its always a problem and disgusting behavior from her she never wants to do her job she gets paid to do. Im assuming chipotle does not want someone like this representing them and should really look into it ASAP. Worst location to attend to

  The worst run Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Consistently out of ingredients with no remorse. Today I asked to chips and they said they were out. I pointed to a bowl of freshly made chips and they said those were for online orders only
