When I asked if they could make fresh chips, I was told they couldn’t. I was also calm and just letting the employee know about my order, and was accused of yelling when I wasn’t. Not the experience I expect from Chipotle. Hoping this gets addressed.

Today i waited in line for about 5 min with others just watching the employees do other things, until someone asked and THEN they decided to tell us they were only doing online orders. I waited at the tables and watch an entirely new line of people form without being informed of the online orders only situation. Eventually after 5 min I MYSELF HAD TO GO UP AND ANNOUNCE IT so these people didnt aimlessly wait around. Just like consistently the most passive/slow/confused group of ppl to be served by. The food quality is fine when you eventually get it.
