I was left in a massive bind when a completely different Chipotle location failed to provide enough bowls and flatware to serve my 50 guests. After scrambling and running down to this store, I had the privilege of working with these three incredible individuals. Even though I hadn't ordered the catering through their specific location, and this mistake was absolutely not their fault, they didn't hesitate for a second to help me out. They stepped right up, took care of my needs, and completely resolved the situation. That is the exact type of stellar customer service that earns lifelong loyalty. Because of Jeffrey, Melanie, and Hereme, I will ensure that we only ever order from this location again for all of our upcoming office needs. Thank you all so much!

Seems like they could wipe down the tables more often, there’s staff standing around doing nothing who could easily take 30sec to do that. And the last time I went it was hot and stuffy inside like the A/C wasn’t on (in June)

She was a medium to heavy-set woman in her twenties or thirties with glasses, possibly Hispanic with light-to-medium skin. Never going back because of her! This person shouldn’t be in customer service.
