  This is a consistently poorly run restaurant. The soda machine is always broken and they are always running out of food! Bad management for as long as I can remember :(

  I go to Chipotle a lot and this Chipotle is the worst by far. I ordered a bowl. The girl that served my bowl acted like it was a shelter line and was rationing the rice. I asked if she could put a little more as i could still see the bottom of the container. She put a little more and moved it around to cover the gaps. Fine whatever but then i was trying to eat-in and the food was so cold I just wrapped it up and took it home to heat it up. Not a good experience. The chicken was seasoned really well though.

  Vine con hambre después del trabajo y pedí mi comida sin problema. Todo iba bien hasta que llegué a la caja y me dijeron que solo aceptan tarjeta de crédito, que NO aceptan efectivo. El problema es que no había ningún letrero en la entrada ni en el mostrador que lo advirtiera. Le expliqué al encargado que no traía tarjeta, pero su solución fue dejar mi comida ahí y tirarla a la basura antes que aceptarme el efectivo o darme alguna alternativa. No estaba pidiendo comida gratis, solo quería pagar con un medio de pago válido y corriente. Me parece un pésimo servicio y una falta total de sentido común. Prefieren desperdiciar comida y hacer perder el tiempo al cliente, en lugar de poner un simple letrero o ser flexibles. No vuelvo y no lo recomiendo.

  Rude staff that wouldn’t let walk-up customers have items that the online station had stocked but the walk-up station didn’t. Then to be met with aggressive exchange when some staff members tried to rectify issue. Always seem to be low/out on ingredients. Don’t waste your money here.

  I don’t normally make the effort to leave reviews on these things, but after visiting here recently I feel like I have to. This chipotle is right next to a huge hospital, so I understand the staff may get really busy and as someone who used to work within the food industry I sympathize with that, so I don’t mind too much when they take extra time for a mobile order, hell, they don’t even open on time sometimes. But like son, can you at least not serve the customers burnt meat? I swear this ish was chewing meat with sprinkled flavors of charcoal. These workers are buns, even when it’s not busy, the mobile order was late by like 20 mins, and the whole staff was just chilling while 2 people work. Come on son.
