I’ve never had that much difficulty communicating what I want from such a limited menu. Even after repeating myself multiple times the wrong order was prepared & nothing was done to correct the mistake. Do better chipotle! I should not be paying for a meal I didn’t ask for. At minimum remaking the order should’ve been an option available to me.

At 10:47 AM, she took my order, only to immediately inform me that the items were not actually ready and that I would need to wait another 5 to 10 minutes. There was no apology for the delay or for the lack of preparation despite the doors being open. Furthermore, other staff members were singing loudly in the background, creating an unprofessional and uncomfortable environment for waiting customers. 10:54 still no food
